Prior to describing our Shipping, Returns and Payment policies, please note the
following points regarding some of the books on this web site.
1. Indian / Pakistani Published Quality
The quality is usually of acceptable level however in some cases
a) Print Quality may be slightly poor.
b) On the odd occasion the level of translation may also be below the expected
standard (These points are usually clarified within the description of the book)
c) On the Positive side the Price for these books are generally very much lower
than it�s equivalent Published elsewhere.
d) The Postage charges may appear to be very high, this is a reflection of the
very low Price.
2. Number of Pages and Image
The Information and the image provided is based on the published version of the
book at the time. The book that you will receive may not necessarily be exactly
the same. If the book has been reprinted or republished, there could be slight
differences in the number of pages, general layout and the design of the cover.

reason there is likely to be a delay of more than 4 Working Days to dispatch the

2. Free Postage to any destination in the United Kingdom is applicable for

3. We also guarantee a Maximum Shipping charge of �7.50 for UK Orders (2004)

items are damaged, simply advise us by email, phone or fax and return the items
to us.

Claims for damaged/ short delivery must be
made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods supplied by the company
which are proved to be defective through faulty material or workmanship, will be
replaced or at our discretion their value will be refunded, provided that we are
notified in writing within 28 days from the date of delivery and the goods
alleged to be defective are returned to us.

Kitaabun.com) to the address below. We will process the order and Ship it as soon as
possible. If Order Requirement is Urgent, Please call/email us as soon as you have Posted the Cheque
We reserve the right to delay the Order until the Cheque has been received,
however in many cases (Regular Customers) we will ship the order prior to receiving the Cheque.
If we Ship the goods prior to receipt of the funds, please note the following:
The goods remain the property of APY LTD t/a
Kitaabun.com until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in
goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. In the event of non payment the
company shall be entitled to repossess the goods, unless they have been the
subject to prior resale in which case the company shall be entitled to the
proceeds of resale in the hands of the buyer or any Liquidator, reciever or
trustee of the buyer.
