The author presents the guidance of the Prophet in dealing with a variety of health issues, including treatment of ailments and preventive remedies to keep the body fit.

As the Qur'an and Sunnah (traditions of Muhammad ) are the main sources of the Islamic lifestyle, it only stands to reason that they should likewise be referred to in the matters of health and fitness.
