About The Author

M. Rafat is professor of physics in the department of Applied Sciences and Humanities at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He obtained master's degree from Muslim University Aligarh and doctorate in physics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His research interests include mathematical physics and sociology of science.
